Founders connect their payment provider (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle, Dodo and others) with a read-only key. ProofMRR syncs MRR, growth and churn directly from the provider, so figures cannot be edited or screenshotted.

Listing tiers are $29, $199 and $499. A 3% success fee applies only when an acquisition completes. Escrow fees are split between buyer and seller.

A single featured startup is auctioned for a limited time. Bidders register, bids are binding, a reserve price applies, and late bids extend the clock (anti-sniping). The winner closes through escrow.
